The trip to Kenosha
Hi Everyone!
We have made it through our first leg for this trip and arrived in Kenosha which is south of Milwaukee and north of Chicago.

Our airtran flight from Los Angeles felt like a flying tin can, and sounded like one. It was quite disconcerting to sit down and discover 4 broken bits of the plane just around your seat. The Qantas flight from Brisbane to Los Angeles was long but uneventful. At Los Angeles airport we had lunch in a ‘grease style’ diner which was pretty cool and our first sort of American experience.
Tess’ cousin picked us up from the airport and we were soon on the road. Tess as very excited when passed by a large red barn 
We are now in Kenosha at their house about to get our first bit of sleep in 31 hours.
